What we collect
When you submit the engagement-brief form, we collect the details you choose to provide, which may include:
- your name, work email and company;
- optional role, company website, phone and country or time-zone;
- the nature of your need, relevant capabilities, team shape, start window and duration;
- the brief you write describing what you are trying to move.
We also record limited technical context to help us respond and to protect the form from abuse: the page you submitted from, the referring page, any campaign (UTM) parameters in the link you followed, and a one-way hashed form of your IP address in the enquiry record. As with any website, our hosting provider's standard server logs may briefly contain visitor IP addresses for security and operational purposes; these are managed by the host and not used to build a marketing profile. We do not require a phone number or budget to submit.
Why we use it
We use your details for one purpose: to understand your enquiry and reply to it. We do not sell your information. Within this website's workflow, your enquiry is stored in our system and emailed to our team; the site does not send your enquiry to any third-party AI service.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record, after which they are removed. If you would like your enquiry deleted, email us and we will remove it.
Cookies
This site sets a small number of strictly necessary cookies (for example, to keep your session secure and protect forms against cross-site request forgery). It does not run advertising or cross-site tracking. If optional analytics are ever enabled, this notice will be updated to explain them and how to opt out.
